About this villa rental
The magnificent Villa 55, located in the pretty Pesquiers district of Hyères, enjoys a privileged location, between the sea and the umbrella pines, where you can do everything on foot!
This 240 m2 villa is a 1-minute walk from the fine sandy beach of Les Pesquiers facing the Golden Islands, 5 minutes from the village of La Capte and the port of Hyères with all its shops and restaurants.
Its 12m swimming pool, its petanque court, its veiled terrace, its landscaped garden and its peaceful atmosphere invite you to relax... It is the ideal place for a reunion with family or friends.
The accommodation
House with soft and modern decoration facing south.
It is composed of an entrance with a large dressing room, a very spacious and bright first living area with several living rooms, a magnificent wooden dining table (accommodating up to 12 people) and a high-end kitchen with its central island (wine cellar, oven, microwave oven, hidden pantry, 2 refrigerators, 2 freezers, dishwasher, ice maker and spacious storage).
Its view of the patios and its multiple bay windows with views of the terrace and the pool give the impression of living outside.
Its sleeping area includes 5 fully air-conditioned bedrooms (3 of which have a terrace), 4 bathrooms, 4 toilets and a laundry room.
On the terrace and outdoor dining area you will have a large shade sail and a barbecue area.
Once your car is parked (garage or private spaces) you can do a lot of things on foot:
- Pesquiers beaches 1 minute away
- 3 waterfront restaurants: 2 minutes
- The Port of Hyeres (shops, bars, restaurants, Port Cros boats, market, fireworks, etc.): less than 10 minutes
- Village de la capte (shops, restaurants, walks, ...): less than 10 minutes
By car the villa is located at:
- 5 min from Toulon-Hyeres airport
- 10 min from the fondue tower of Giens (pier to Porquerolles)
- 5 minutes from the Almanare beach, very well known for its kite surfing and sailing spot.
- 30 min from Bormes les mimosas and Le Lavandou
- 45 min from St Tropez

Had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa at the end of the summer. The area is wonderful, and lots to explore. The villa catered for all ages, possibly a slightly larger pool would have been preferred, but all in all a great stay!
