3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The house was clean and well prepared. The pool was great and being right on the intercoastal was awesome. The location wad close to shopping, food and beaches. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!
The only issue we had was with the 3rd bathroom being outdoors and not connected to the main house so it made using it a real hassle. But we were able to work around this. Overall the house was well kept and clean. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great relaxing stay.

We loved the location and the house is very nice. The pool and patio set up are lovely and include an outdoor bathroom that has been newly renovated. We had a few minor issues including a sink that wouldn’t drain. It took 2 days for the property management to get anyone out to fix it. There were not many dishes in the kitchen and almost no cleaning supplies provided. There were lots of beach things other guests had left in the garage which was nice as well. Texting with property management was strange. Seemed like they must have been a service somewhere out of the country and not directly associated with the property.

The home was clean, and communication was smooth. The location was great, right on the water. Only complaint is the ACis not great,reallyl hot during the night did not go lower than 75 , but other than it was great!!!
