Lie back on sun loungers watching the kids play while the family barbeque chef uses the gas grill to cook up a poolside lunch that you’ll enjoy while overlooking the water. You’ve also got your own private dock for your boat or jet ski.
The interior is the perfect complement to the tranquility of the lanai. Modern design blends with tropical decor to create a distinctly Island-style ambience. Sunlight brightens every room. Decorative touches like a seahorse sculpture, ocean blue fabrics, and a palm blade ceiling fan serve as constant reminders that you’re living in the midst of paradise. I had a wonderful stay. The property is well-maintained and clean. The master bed was perfect for me; it was so comfy that I almost didn't want to get up in the morning. I really enjoyed the canal, where I caught several fish and saw dolphins on a couple of days. The pool, while not large, was perfect for getting in some swim time. The location is great, close to a grocery store and a short drive to the beach, in a beautiful neighborhood. There were only a couple of minor issues that should be addressed. One evening, the house got a little cool, and when I turned on the heat, the smoke alarm went off. I assume this was due to the vents not being cleaned out from not being used. The water pressure in the master shower was low, but I managed. The kitchen could use some plastic storage containers to store leftover food after cooking. These were minor issues that did not really affect the enjoyment of my stay. I would highly recommend this property, and I look forward to returning.

Stayed there for four years. Everything was great. The house could use some updating. In the past four years nothing has changed. One of the stairs was broke when we arrived. The kitchen could use new supply's such as Tupperware, utensils, silverware etc. Beach chairs could also use some updating. Overall, everything was perfect. Thank you.

This house was perfect for our family. We were in Orlando and supposed to go back home on Monday, but on Sunday afternoon we decided we wanted to head south for more sunshine. We looked at homes and luckily found this one. The management company was quick to approve our booking. When we arrived at the house we immediately noticed the cleanliness, which we appreciated the most. The view of the canal was beautiful and the pool was perfect for our kids. The location was great being close to Publix and all of the best restaurants. We ordered breakfast from the Red Rooster a few days which I highly recommend! We would definitely stay here again!

The property description was right on and the pool and yard were maintained very well. The bedrooms accommodated all of us quite easily with large areas in the main room and the kitchen to hang out in. The customer service was great with reminders for trash and recycling every night before and we even got to rent 3 bikes from them (there were already 2 that come in the garage for free). It was about a 2.5 mile bike ride to the public beach access and a beautiful ride to catch the sunset. All in all, awesome
