Beautiful and Serene Waterfront Home with Heated Pool and Dock in Marco Island

This is our second stay and we booked for a third before our vacation ended. Luis is awesome. The property is perfect for a family vacation! The beds are super comfortable, the pool is pristine, the kitchen is fully loaded. W/D was a huge help!

This was truly the best place we have ever stayed at. The pictures were accurate, the place was immaculate, and host responsive to questions asked. The host family really takes their job to the next level with how they stock supplies from spices in the kitchen to bath towels for both kids and adults, to bikes and inflatables for the pool. You can’t help but feel you are home while staying here. Location is fantastic on a quiet street but close to restaurants, grocery store and drug store. Would definitely stay her again. Thanks for providing a great place to vacation with our son’s family and grandchildren.

My family and I loved our week at this clean, beautiful, waterfront property! The cleanliness of this home was beyond my expectations! I am a clean freak, and I can't believe how clean everything was! I'm always finding something, and there was nothing in this house that didn't meet my high standards. Luis was easily accessible if we needed something, but honestly, he and his wife have thought of everything that could be needed by their guests! They made traveling by plane so easy because the house had a life jacket for my 4 year old, beach toys, beach chairs, a cart to haul our stuff to the beach, a cooler, beach towels, etc . Our entire experience was wonderful renting this home. The beach is an easy 5 minute drive, and they are building a Publix grocery store just a mile from the home which will make it very convenient for those staying in this location. A special touch from Luis and Mary was the text message I received wanting to know the age of our boys. Mary picked out beach towels to leave for the boys based on their ages. She did well! When we head back to Marco Island sometime, I will rebook this home again without question. It was a great vacation in their clean, beautiful home!
