This home is located only a mile away from a variety of shops and convenience stores, and less than four miles from some famous restaurants on the island. You'll also have canal access and be just down the street from Publix Grocery.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Snowbird-friendly.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Dock details:
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great place. Pool was awesome. Outdoor patio great and dock was there for our rental boat.. Bikes in poor shape. Two flat tires, one had broken pedal and the fourth had rear tire bolt loose. Third bedroom was a Murphy bed that stowed away in wall.. this was not identified in the listing.. Had construction across the canal that was very irrtating as they sunk pier for foundation.. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of beach towels. Location close to store.

The property is great! Beautiful views and sunset and well equipped. Close to grocery store but away from strip.
The only problems we had were 1)confusing information provided and 2) air conditioning stopped working the last pm. We don’t know if the ac was fixed quickly because we left early the next am. The site said to call for bikes. There were five there in the garage. We called (on hold for long time) and were told to use garage bike. It said to call and pay to heat the pool but it was already heated (we would have preferred it cooler). They said pool people would come Thursday and to leave screen open for them, but they came Monday. They need to update the info for this great place!

dangerous repairs done to table chairs, pest control needs to be addressed as well as cleaning. many cameras in the house made you feel there was no privacy.
