Marco Island Pool Home with Water View and Direct Access to the Gulf

Had a few issues with the microwave(broke on the 2nd day there and so did the coffeemaker that were resolved quickly by the property manager. Property manager was very responsive. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Not enough beach chairs. Property sleeps 6 and there were only 3 beach chairs. One of which was a very small, low to ground chair which none of our 60 yr bodies could get out of. Could not use the adult bikes as air was not staying in the tires. There were no designated dressers for clothes, Most had clothes already in them, same for the closets. Def not enough hangers. Pool was lovely. Clean and great temp! Great canal view and very relaxing pool deck. All in all except for these small issues, the place was clean and comfortable and in a wonderful location. We had a great time!

Place is excellent. Everything what you need is there.

The house is in a great location. Close to everything. The view of the canal was nice and the heated pool was nice. The only thing we wished the pool had was a hand rail into the pool. We are over 70 and getting in and out was not easy. They have the TV in a small room that seats 3 people when there is a large room that could accommodate more. The kitchen and dining room were nice and accommodating. There were many light bulbs missing, no propane in the gas grill, the bedroom carpets were dirty and the most uncomfortable were that the closets and dresser drawers were filled with other people’s clothes. I spoke with the manager and she was very nice and sent out an iron that was missing. She also offered to bring brighter light bulbs for our dim bathrooms but we said it wasn’t necessary at the time and just suggested she do it in the future. We feel if some of these things could be updated it would be a beautiful place to stay.
