The property:

Spacious country house of 125 m² with terrace of 90 m² and park of half a hectare partly wooded, springs and neighboring stream, view of a pond. Ideally located, in the south of the Périgord, our old renovated farmhouse is ideal for couples who love tranquility and nature, or to stay with friends or family in a peaceful and pleasant green setting. The rooms of the house are bright with a beautiful view of the park.
