About this apartment rental
Located on the heights of the hamlet of Le Roux, in the heart of the Queyras regional park, this former hayloft located on the top floor of a large mountain house, has been completely renovated and transformed into a modern and warm apartment.
It enjoys a spectacular view of the Bouchet valley and the surrounding peaks.
It has a large living room with an open kitchen equipped (fridge freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine), a large mezzanine TV lounge, which can be used as a 3rd bedroom with its sofa bed and small bathroom.
You will also have two bedrooms, one of which has two double beds (140 and 130cm), a large bathroom with toilet, and a second separate toilet. No vis-à-vis.
You can have an aperitif and eat on the balcony while enjoying the view and the company of the chamois.
When you arrive, you can park your vehicle in our parking lot in front of the building, access to the apartment is on foot by bypassing it.
You will pass through an entrance hall in which you can leave your outdoor shoes and your equipment (hiking bags, skis, snowshoes, etc...)
Several hiking routes (on foot, skis or snowshoes depending on the season) are accessible from the apartment.
In winter, a new ski lift located at the bottom of the hamlet, will allow you to access the Abriès-Ristalas ski area.
