About this chalet rental

Large single storey chalet + 2 mezzanines. Warm and mountainous setting, alpine atmosphere, its volume and its structure as well as its fireplace will seduce you to spend winter and summer holidays in the High Mountains. All comfort, veranda + covered terrace. Both offer a view on the mountain. fitted kitchen, 2 master bedrooms and 2 mezzanines, 2 bathrooms, large whirlpool bath. 2 toilets, large living room overlooking the veranda facing south facing the mountain. the chalet has the advantage of being at the exit of our beautiful village of MOLINES while being 300m from the center (bakery, butcher, town hall, tourist office)

IMPORTANT:
Costs per pet 20 €

THE PRICES of MAY-JUNE-JULY- AUGUST are made for 6 people. Beyond that, it will cost € 100 per person.
Electricity is the responsibility of the tenant.
The cleaning option is not compulsory as long as you are kind enough to leave the premises in the same state of cleanliness as on arrival. However, if you want the cleaning option, it will cost 80 €.
The tourist tax is € 1.50 per day per ADULT (this tax is donated to the Town Hall of Molines).

Host requested €800 before we arrived for damages because we had 8 children, this is not mentioned on vrbo house advert. Says optional cleaning fee yet she still charged us, however house was far from clean when we arrived. - used sanitary towel on one of the beds, half eaten chocolate. sofa is covered in stains so had a fleece blanket thrown over it, crumbs in drawers in kitchen, dirty utensils. Floor was very grubby not sure when last mopped. Not enough mugs, normal glasses for 12 people that it sleeps, all large knives completely blunt, dinner knives all steak knives, no scales, measuring jug, grater No manual for the home - what to do with bins /internet/ and the fire. Had to unblock the washing machine which was not pleasant. On using the fire we were gassed out by fumes on messaging the owner she told us not to use it as its dangerous!!! (One of the main features of the house) Fire pit advertised on features asked numerous times while we were there but never responded to it. Dining chairs all falling apart. Not enough seating in lounge area for 12 let along 5. Other tenants in next building let their dog poo everywhere and not pick it up. Not ideal for my children playing outside. Random collapsable trellis used as stair gates wouldn’t protect a child at all! Beds all uncomfortable and stained. Was told we would be greeted we were not by anyone. Internet was shocking no wifi for days. Back and fourth messages with owner to get her niece out to be told there are two wifi extenders to plug in! This was no communicated to us nor were they plugged in (hidden in chest) internet stopped working at 10pm every night. Niece however was very helpful so credit to her. She even booked my son an appointment at a local hospital as he was unwell. Perfect location for skiing though.
