About this house rental
My town house is centrally located and ideal for larger groups.
There is free parking in our private carpark on site.
Guests can enjoy free Wifi and a smart TV.
It is walking distance to the Cathedral Quarter and Lincoln City Centre.

The space
As you enter the house, there is large, open plan living space with seating for six, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen.
On the top floor, there is a spacious master bedroom with ensuite toilet. On the lower ground there is a family bathroom and two double bedrooms, one of which leads out to a secure, private patio area.
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire apartment. I wont be around in person however I have help managing the property by a professional co-host of Airbnb. My apartment is professionally cleaned and the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. Remote self check in gives flexibility for late arrivals and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
