J'ai apprécié la proximité avec le centre ville de Brest et du port maritime. L'appartement était vraiment très confortable, et l'électroménager très correct pour vivre des vacances sereines.
Ras, pas de four il me semble.

Tout est très bien, juste un petit point négatif
-Avant d avoir de l’eau Chaude, beaucoup d ́eau froide coule inutilement. Consommation d ́eau froide très importante - bruits agaçant la nuit dans le radiateur de la chambre côté rue Vérification de ces 2 points à prévoir

Accueil très aimable, logement très propre/
Aspect très vieillot, faible insonorisation, chauffage difficile à utiliser (voire défaillant) ; matelas peu confortable - à chacun ses préférences cependant. Machine à lessiver mais pas de séchoir/emplacement pour le séchage libre.
