Les propriétaires sont adorables, l'appartement est juste à côté de la fameuse crêperie de Coataudon ! Très pratique. Les 3 chambres sont confortables, avec une télé chacune. Côté cuisine, four et micro-ondes niquel ! Établissement qui accepte les animaux ! Machine a laver à disposition. J'ai dû loger d'urgence quelques jours hors de mon logement, il est certain que cela m'a bien dépanné.
Il est juste dommage que la salle de bain (la douche) manque de propreté, il y a de la moisissure tout autour de la douche. L'espace cosy du salon sur les photos est réduit de moitié. J'ai été surprise qu'il n'y ait pas de télévision dans le salon (seulement dans les chambres). Peut-être aussi revoir la propreté de la batterie de cuisine, je n'ai pas osé utilisé la plaque de cuisson à gaz et la casserole, vu l'état..
