5 Bed in Cheltenham oc-94643

Windows inside and out could do with a clean, also historic cobwebs behind doors etc…bbq was there for us to use but it hadn’t been cleaned in a while and was mouldy so we purchased our own portable bbq. Fixtures and fittings were damaged in a number of places (light fitting in dining area had brittle components, light fitting in the master bedroom wasn’t fitted to the ceiling, plug sockets loose fitting across the property)

Nice house in an excellent location with walkable pubs and attractions. Really well appointed kitchen with loads of cooking equipment. Beds comfortable with one exception (see below).

The kitchen and bathrooms were clean but the rest wasn’t very with cob webs in the bedrooms, hair in the hallway carpet which came away in clumps when it was swept with a brush get up mud and things getting covered in dust if they were dropped behind a bed or table. One bed in the 2nd floor twin was also a pull out bed so was narrower and shorter than a standard single which was too small for a standard sized adult to be comfortable in. External bin was full so we struggled to get our waste into it and there were no instructions about when to put it out for collection or what to do with recycling even though there was an internal recycling bin.
