Loukia's Studio

Sue is a lovely owner, neighbour, guide and source of good ideas. The studio is small, quiet and cosy and brilliantly situated at Kamini, about three quarters of a mile from the centre of Hydra along the charming coast path. Everything works well. There are four tavernas and a cafe, all good, on the doorstep, Kamini beach is a short walk and Vlichos (much better with two good tavernas, especially Marina, just under a mile away on coastal path). We are 76 but love walking but if you don’t, there are loads of water taxis between Hydra, Kamini and Vlichos (and beyond). You can also walk into town over the hill in 25 mins, lots of steps up and down but lots of shade too and very pretty. We stayed nearly two weeks, longer than most, and never ran out of things to do. Nothing though it was very hot when we were there and a bit more greenery on the terrace might be a thought

Comfortable with welcoming host

Beautiful little apartment, a few minutes from the sea. Owners were very welcoming and accommodating. Lovely place, would certainly stay again.

The shower was cold, apart from this, everything was amazing!
