You are right in the heart of Ancient Egypt here, as well as being within walking distance of some lovely restaurants on the West Bank. You are close to the mortuary temple of Amenhotep III, and a short drive (Or v long walk - or donkey ride if you fancy it) from Medinet Habu, Deir el Medina (the workers’ village), the Ramesseum, the Golden City of the Aten,and the Tombs of the Nobles. You can also easily take a car to the Balleynof the Kings, the Valley of the Queens, the Western Valley and the Temple of Hatsehpsut. Khaled is a brilliant trip organiser.
