Tasneem Palace

This is a terrific accommodation option in Luxor. We wanted to be on the much quieter west bank, with its vibe between a village and a small town. Tasneem is on the edge of the built-up area in the quite historic "Model Village" of New Gurna. It's a ten-minute walk to the public ferry and private boats across the Nile to Luxor Temple. The apartments are large and high-ceilinged, with a balcony area and even a *bathtub*! (Let the water out gradually so it doesn't overload and flood the bathroom drain.) Internet is good and stable; the bedroom area is well air-conditioned. There's even a full kitchen, though no cooking implements. The owners can provide home-cooked meals on request, though we didn't avail ourselves of this service. The price was incredibly reasonable for what we got.

Really nice house surrounded by green, at a nice location. Mahmoud was very welcoming and dinner and breakfast were perfect.

All great, the staff have been very kind to us, the room are clean and the beds very comfortable

The only thing is that the hotel is in a small street, but easily accessible also with car.
