Really clean. Staff were really friendly and helpful- helped organise drivers and spoke to us about their culture. There was no hassle to only use the villas services and encouraged us to see the rest of Luxor. The breakfast terrace was amazing- beautiful view of the Nile. Safe, quick walk to the public ferry. Good to have a washing machine and fridge in the apartment. The building is beautiful and staff kept it very clean. Thanks to Hussein and Nubi for safe, comfortable driving.
Noisy cockerel nearby- would recommend bringing earplugs!

Everything. The apartment is so spacious and has everything you need for a long stay. The best part was the great hospitality by the host and everyone there. They were able to arrange transportation and helped us with our trip logistics. Thank you very much! Highly recommend.
