The property view is outstanding and being able to swim in the lake from the front door is wonderful.
The parking being the other side of a tricky to cross road was challenging at times with luggage. There is an underground tunnel which helps but adds a layer of complexity that caused some issues

Une vue magnifique sur le lac, l'appartement duplex est spacieux, propre et confortable, avec une place de parking privé. Un endroit très calme et pas loin d'Annecy.
