Nice appartment, some neglect

The little appartment is nicely equipped but not well maintained: lamps don't work, nobody cared for warm rooms when we arrived (and heat could only be fixed once the staff was back hours later). Even though there should have been a breakfast in the near bar, the bar was closed in the morning and nobody showed up to take the room keys. So we had to leave them at the door outside. Maybe all that happened because November is between summer and winter season, but nevertheless it was disappointing. (Contrary to a nice evening in the bar next door where staff/owner? was quite nice).

Rooms were no heated when we arrived and temperture was only fixed after hours which was a problem in November. No breakfast.

Everything was fine.

The location was good. The bathroom was nice and the shower was great, very spacious. The apartment was furnished with everything we needed and more.

There was only one outlet with one plug on one side of the bed, the other side of the bed had an outlet that was inaccessible because the radiator was in front of it. It would have been nice to have more outlets in the apartment.

Very nice stay in Gemona

Our apartment was furnished very nicely, in classic Italian style but modern. Apartment is big and with kitchen. You can also use outside area, in walking distance there are small shop and osteria's. Breakfast are served in nearly bar and are sufficient - cheese, ham, juice, fresh bread and sweets, and of course coffee - all of very good quality. We communicated with 2 ladies, each was very kind and spoke good english. Location is good for exploration of Gemona, we have stayed only 1 night, but its worth of more days and its perfect stay for family

War ganz okay.

Ziemlich viele Spinnweben, das Glas bei der Badezimmertüre scheint bald rauszufallen und machte beim Öffnen ziemliche Geräusche, was vor allem nachts ungut war, wenn man das Appartement zu viert bewohnt. Sonst alles okay.

Perfekt! Und der Alpe Adria Radweg geht direkt vor der Unterkunft vorbei.

Tolles Zimmer! Es hat uns sehr gur gefallen. Sauber und gut eingerichtet. Man kann hier direkt in dem Restaurant lecker essen oder frühstücken. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Und das Bad ist der Hammer - endlich hat mein Mann genügend Platz in der Dusche gehabt! Für unsere Fahrräder gab es einen versperrbaren Raum. Perfekt!

Soggiorno di relax alla scoperta del Friuli

Ottima posizione per visitare i borghi della Carnia e per le escursioni in montagna. Appartamento pulito, attrezzato e fresco. Staff gentile e disponibile. Pratica l'idea non fare chiavi ma accedere attraverso codici. Molto tranquillo il patio interno è ottima insonorizzazione.

Per rendere il soggiorno perfetto sarebbe stato utile avere qualche utensile in più in cucina (mancavano per esempio padelle antiaderenti e un microonde). Inoltre, la doccia non scaricava benissimo l'acqua servirebbe forse una maggiore attenzione nella pulizia del filtro.

Bardzo przyjemny apartament, czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Personel przemiły. Miejsce do przechowywania rowerów. W restauracji bardzo dobre jedzenie.

Die Bar macht’s besonders

Besonders gut gefallen hat mir die angeschlossene Bar. Dort kann man am Abend noch gemütlich essen und gute Drinks genießen. Besonders freundlich wird man in der Früh bedient, wenn man hier frühstückt - in Erinnerung bleibt mir die nette Dame und ihr kleiner Hund Luna im Hundekörbchen.

Nicht die Großstadt aber sehr entspannt

Direkt am Radweg gelegen. Wir waren eine Nacht dort. Schönes Appartement. Wurst, Käse, Toast, Cerealien- alles da. Aber schön war es abends in der dazugehörigen Bar noch eine Kleinigkeit zu essen und morgens einen hervorragenden Caffe Ginseng zu trinken. Sehr freundlicher Service. Im Ort ist nicht viel los. Braucht man nach einem langen Rad Tag auch nicht. Wirklich zu empfehlen.

Minden. Jól felszerelt, szép kiegészítők. A modern és régies bútorok passzoltak egymáshoz. Reggeli az árban a szomszéd bárban volt. Wifi jól működött.

Nem volt mikrohullámú sütő. A belső kétszintes apartmanban az emeletre feljutás a fém lépcsőn kicsit zajos volt. Csak az emeleten volt wc, fürdő.
