Lovely B&B with excellent breakfast and hosts!

Stopped whilst cycling the Alpe Adria Cycleway. B&B is on a busy road - but there was no issue with noise once you were inside. Lovley hosts greet you and was nice to be offered refreshments after a days cycling. Host made booking at local restaurant which was excellent. Breakfast was exceptional with home made apple juice and local treats.

When you are in Gemona go there! The owners are extremely kind and helpful and the rooms are just recently renovated. All the electronics were high end and the bathroom was super clean and pretty. The breakfast is very nice and the B&B owners offer Apple Juice and Apple Marmelade from their own plantation.

We were expected with home made juice/wine. The owners were very kind. We had a beautiful view at the Alps. For breakfast they served a wide variety of cold cuts and bakary products. We liked the self-made jams especially. For the bicycles there was a special garage offered with charge-in possibilities.

We missed a small fridge in the room.

Great hosts who look after you like a family. Great homemade prosecco to greet us at arrival. Very clean, modern spaces, impeccably clean & fresh rooms and bathrooms. Definately nice place to stop on the road. Recommended!

Excellent! Very friendly. Superhosts.

We were amazed by unique hospitality of our hosts. They were friendly when we arrived an hour late. It was easy to communicate in English. What took our breath away was how wonderful the hosts were to our little daughter who had her birthday the next day. Grazie mile! The breakfast was excellent. The rooms and beds and the whole hotel are very modern and comfortable. It was a real treat to stay for 1 night and we wish we could stay longer. We definitely recommend this accomodation 100%. Just superhosts:).

Great place with friendly owners to stay overnight and refresh

This was one of the best place I have been staying recently. The hosts are very friendly and carefulness. The apartment is new, comfortable and clean. We had the great optional breakfast. I highly recommend the place for everyone.

Wir konnten unsere Fahrräder in einem separaten Raum versperren. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen für den Alpe Adria Radweg. In der Nähe gibt es ein gutes Restaurant. Die Zimmer waren schön und sauber.

Abbiamo pernottato presso questo bel B&B durante una breve vacanza in bicicletta, la struttura si è dimostrata molto accogliente, pulita, e impeccabile! Siamo stati accolti dai proprietari con gentilezza e professionalità, ho avuto bisogno di una farmacia ed il proprietario si è offerto di accompagnarmi in auto. E' stato un gesto semplice ma per nulla scontato e che ho apprezzato molto! La camera spaziosa pulita e fresca, il bagno ampio e funzionale e anch'esso impeccabile! La colazione varia ed abbondante con deliziose marmellate prodotte nella loro azienda agricola, anche i dolci fatti in casa erano deliziosi! Abbiamo apprezzato tutta la professionalità e la passione che i proprietari mettono nel loro lavoro! Grazie per la vostra ospitalità, torneremo sicuramente trovarvi!

Klein aber perfekt

Die Unterkunft ist sehr familiär und persönlich. Es ist alles top sauber. Wir haben bei Ankunft gleich was zu trinken bekommen. Wir waren dort für eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp auf dem Alpe Adria Weg. Unsere Räder konnten wir in einer extra Garage sicher unterbringen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr behilflich für Tipps in der Umgebung. Auch die Empfehlung fürs Abendessen war perfekt. Trotzdem die Unterkunft an der Straße liegt, war es nicht laut. Die Klimaanlage hat auch bestens funktioniert. Ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Kedves fogadtatás, új és ízléses berendezés, jól felszerelt konyha, biciklitároló, finom reggeli. Étterem 100-200 méterre, a szállásadó azonnal foglalta nekünk az asztalt.

Nyitott ablaknál az út zaja behallatszott a szobába. (Zárt ablaknál ilyen gond nincs.)

NUOVO E TRANQUILLO

Struttura recentemente rinnovata, con camere belle e funzionali. Ottima l'insonorizzazione. Il B&B è situato sulla strada statale ma grazie agli ottimi serramenti, non si sente il rumore del traffico. Colazione a pagamento (5€) ma più che buona, a base di torte fatte in casa. Molto gentili e disponibili i proprietari.

Nulla, solo qualche difficoltà a localizzare la struttura tramite Maps ma non è certo colpa del B6B.
