Great hotel to stay overnight or to stay while making hiking trips.

This is a wonderful hotel along the highway. It has a 24h desk so if you are artiving late, this is not a problem. The room was large, very clean and very comfy bed. The hotel is dog friendly and the breakfast was very good. The staff was very kind and very friendly with our furry companions. The staff at breakfast were very nice to us.

New refurbished rooms, staff was kind and helpfull. Rooms are carefully cleaned every day. Breakfast is not perfect but good enough for night or two.

If you’re doing Alpe-Adria and you must overnight at Carnia this hotel is definitely value for money.

New, modern and very comfortable room was unexpected. Spacious garage for the bicycles was also a plus.

Couldn’t have diner outside, but it is not hotel’s fault.

Good hotel for one-night transit stays.

The room was very clean and modern. All staff members were VERY friendly, professional and helpful. The restaurant on premises is excellent for dinners.

The hotel photos do not indicate that this is a road-side, transit hotel targeting businessmen (and businesswomen) or people in short transit. If we opened our windows, the street noise was quite loud throughout the night. Secondly, the standard rooms of 15m2 are very small. Again, probably OK for the one-night, transit type stays.

I needed a stop during a long car trip, so the location did not play an important role, relatively accessible from the motorway exit. The room was clean and pragmatically essential, modern.

Breakfast was missing fresh items, too much processed and packaged food. Quite a contrast also between the modern accommodations block and the restaurant building which is very old-fashioned.

Perfect for my need.

Nice hotel, conveniently located a few kilometers from the highway if you need a place for a night. Big free parking, very clean room, comfort exceeding the price paid for the room. Breakfast was good, but I missed a better selection of non-sweets (eg.scrambled eggs, sausages...).

No complaints from my perspective - I needed a stay for a night during my travel from Austria to central Italy.

We had to leave very early in the morning and could not wait until regular opening hours for breakfast. We appreciated very much that the hotel staff ensured coffee (real espresso) and croissants even at the early hour.

Cyclists overnight

large room

A very modern room with what appeared to be cheap furniture. Shower lever fell off when moved. No soap holder in shower. Only place was the floor. Lighting arrangement overly complicated. The master switch by the bed glowed bright green in the night. Unfriendly waiter. No milk for breakfast food at least not that I could find. Waiter bought a small jug for coffee. Espresso coffee should have been provided for the price. Definitely not worth the money

Clean comfortable room with accommodating friendly staff and easy access to the Alpe-Adria bike trail.

very friendly staff. Beds were as requested - we needed sleeping for 3 and it was all prepared for us. Great restaurant for dinner. Proximity to the Sloe-Adria trail as we were biking.

Directly around the hotel not much to do. You have to go some kms to get another restaurant or anything for sightseeing. The restaurant is not so cheap

Optimal for one night.

At the bicycle path, large place for the bicycles. modern design inside. Breakfast was good, although you could not serve yourself (old COVID rule, not experienced elsewhere). Dinner excellent, nice personnel.

perfect stopover on the cilovia aple adria !

Perfect sropover on a cycling trip. Yes, the architecture and the location are not historical, neither in downtown Carnia, but they made a good renovation job of the 80ies base building, nice staff, all comfort, modern bathroom, practical design and a GOOD restaurant ! Not cheap, but its worht to really do it the italian way (primo + secundo piatti) if you spent a day on the bicycle and not just take a pasta plate !
