We had an amazing stay at **Winterfell Bellmount, Ooty** with our friends, and it was one of the best parts of our trip. The hospitality here is truly exceptional. A special thanks to Arun for being incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He assisted us with everything we needed and even connected us with James Karthi, an amazing auto driver who helped us travel around Ooty at very reasonable prices. We didn't have to look for any other transportation during our stay because he was always available and very reliable. Since the Hotel location is a little bit outside the main city, its sometimes difficult to find local transportation in this area. Apart from that both Arun and the manager were extremely polite, welcoming, and always ready to help. The **Oak Room** we booked was spacious, neat, and well-maintained. It had all the essentials like a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe, electric kettle with tea and coffee sachets, clean glasses, glass water bottles, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries including a dental kit, shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer, shower gel, soap, and toilet paper. The washroom was spotless, the water supply was excellent, and the geyser provided hot water within minutes. Since Ooty has such pleasant weather, we didn't miss having an AC or fan at all. The food was another highlight of our stay. Everything was freshly prepared and tasted absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend including **breakfast** with your booking—it was worth it! We enjoyed a wholesome breakfast with dosa, chutney, sambar, poori, aloo sabzi, fruits, bread, butter, tea, and coffee. Although there isn't a fixed menu, Arun and the manager happily suggested the available dishes. We loved the food so much that we had dinner at the resort on both nights. We tried **Paneer Masala with Lachha Paratha** on the first day and **Dal Tadka, Jeera Aloo, and Plain Rice** on the second—and every dish was fresh, homely, and full of flavour. One of the best things about this property is the **peaceful location and beautiful views**. The surroundings are calm, scenic, and perfect for relaxing. The only thing to note is that the resort is a little away from the main town, so it's a good idea to have your own vehicle or arrange transportation in advance. Since it's a hilly area, local transport isn't always easily available. Thankfully, James Karthi made getting around completely hassle-free for us. Overall, our stay at Winterfell Bellmount exceeded our expectations. From the warm hospitality and delicious food to the clean rooms and breathtaking views, everything was wonderful. We would happily recommend this place to friends, families, and couples looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Ooty. We been to Ooty and stayed at cottage at Winterfeel Bellmount for 2 days, we were welcomed by Manager Aneesh, who served a great hospitality and ensured that during our stay, all things are intact, as per our requirement.. Even the food was delicious, tasty and freshly prepared and the staff was also coperative, friendly...As far cleanliness is concerned, they maintained this property a way too good..we can have a great scenic view at this hotel which is at the top of the mountain...from main road , one need to take apart to reach there, so this road is bit narrow for car to drive, however it's worth to stay here as you will have a Pleasant experience.

reaching to location is very difficult. narrow and steep roads, sharp turns, for 4km. need more facilities like sufficient toilet papers, side mats for bed(due to cold weather in Ooty) also need better options for dinner and breakfast. It was costly considering kids and very limited options.
