    The location offers breathtaking views and great walkability, complemented by reliable Wi-Fi and amazing recreational activities and dinning experience. The facilities are well-maintained, and housekeeping ensures spotless cleanliness throughout the stay. Staff are attentive and friendly, making the experience seamless and enjoyable. Overall, excellent value for money in a pristine setting.

    Had been in sterling elkhill ooty for 2 days... Exceptional ambience, cleanliness and service 10/10

    The rooms are clean, with 24-hour hot water and free drinking water, but the view is poor and it's not worth the money. There is no internet connection for the TV, and only local channels work—the TV is basically useless. The staff is just okay, neither good nor bad, and simply doing their shift. However, the restaurant staff are very polite and helpful, though the prices are way too high. The buffet costs ₹1,900 plus 18% GST—the tax alone could buy a chicken biryani! The food itself isn't great either, and the chicken biryani was average. They didn't inform us until the last minute that à la carte wasn't available, forcing us to pay ₹4.5k for a dinner for two, which is unacceptable. À la carte should always be available; when we tried it the next day, the bill was only ₹1.6k for the two of us. For the safari, they charged ₹7,500 plus ₹1,350 GST, whereas outside providers offer it for just ₹4k to ₹5k—far too expensive. There are no Swiggy, auto, or taxi services available nearby, so you are entirely dependent on the hotel, which takes advantage by charging exorbitant prices. Room service was good, but the restaurant seems understaffed.
