Great Property with all the modern conveniences. Spacious rooms with good furniture. Loved the minimalist decor and modern kitchen/bathrooms. Property has everything needed for a short stay, (fridge/freezer, electric gas cooker, separate oven and microwave, toaster/kettle and coffee maker, washing machine,clothes airer, hair dryers, iron/ironing board and first aid kit and fans in each room. Towels were provided and bedding is good quality. Property has convenient location for walking to local shops/supermarket. Property is very clean and well maintained. Property has a small balcony and all windows slide open, property has good shutters to keep the sun out during the day.

Property has no private parking and on-street parking is hard to come by as many streets have no parking zones. Public car parking is available at Superdino Parque Bolevar which has the cheepest rates and is only a 2 minute walk away from the apartment. The street is a very busy wallking route to the local centro de commerical and gets very noisy at night especially on Friday/Saturday nights. It wouldn't be a problem if the windows were closed however there is NO air conidtioning so i'd rather sleep with the windows open. Entrance door to the property has no lighting and entering the hallway at night does not automatically turn on the lights, however there is a light switch near the entrance door.

La vivienda está recién remodelada, moderna y muy limpia. A mi familia y a mí nos gustó mucho alojarnos en esa vivienda, es muy amplia, espaciosa y cómoda.

Lo único, fue el no poder contar con un parking, la zona es complicada de aparcar y pierdes tiempo (1 hora o más) en conseguir algún puesto en la calle.

Locație bună, foarte curat, toate dotările

Nu a existat aer condiționat, în prima parte a serii era destul de cald
