We were there in there in offseason (mid October), family of four.
Communication via Whats App without problems. Beautiful view from the balcony. We had the beach practically completly for ourselves. You just have to cross the street (not so many cars). In 5-10min walking distance there were a few restaurants. The taverna next to the villa was closed, so can't tell if it gets noisy. you need a car to get around.
Would recommend the place
Pool was not heated (which I assume is no problem im summer)
