La ubicación fundamentalmente y que tenía aire acondicionado
Las instalaciones: la nevera no enfriaba bien y salia muy muy poco agua de la ducha, siendo difícil asegurar una limpieza basica

La ubicación es perfecta, calidad y precio están bien. El estudio es muy cómodo y tenía todo lo necesario. La Cama muy cómoda.
La ducha sale poca agua y pareciera que si abren una llave en otro lugar sale menos agua todavía.

La ubicación
El piso olía mal, a desagüe, al entrar dió la impresión que estaba sucio. La puerta de la habitación con baño se trancó y una persona estuvo encerrada sin poder abrir por más de una hora. Le falta mantenimiento a las puertas y ventanas, baños. Falta decir que es un tercer piso sin ascensor, debe decir que no es para movilidad reducida.
