Muy cercano a todo, sencillo pero amplio y cómodo. Primera planta, no caminas mucho, el tranvía justo delante, para mi muy bueno. Repetiría.
Al tener el tranvía justo delante el ruido al pasar porque justo está la parada, pero para dormir se cierran las ventanas con las persianas y no molesta nada.

Buena ubicación
Abajo de un restaurante, olía bastante a comida, se escuchaba el tram pasar lo malo es que pusieron 1 solo papel higiénico para 4 personas en casa

Si bien la ubicacion es muy centrica, esto se convierte en un handicap si tienes la intencion de alquilar un coche para desplazarte por la isla ya que no hay aparcamiento disponible en la zona.
Los acabados del apartamento son pesimos. Cables colgando por la paredes, el sofa guarrisimo con manchas, el mueble del baño medio roto...han ido a minimos para maximizar la rentabilidad del alquiler. No hay tostadora para los desayunos y cafetera muy chica. Sin cortinas en las ventanas que no son insonorizadas. Piso entresuelo y por delante pasa el tranvia. Incoveniente de ruido y olores por el restaurante que hay debajo.
