La ubicación, la amplitud y la comodidad de las camas. Nos faltaba una toalla y en seguida nos mandó a alguien para reponerla. Muy atento.
Es segunda planta sin ascensor. Las sartenes y las ollas para cambiar, pero nos dijo que las iba a reponer.

La ubicación y el apartamento en si estaba muy nuevo, limpio y acogedor
Se debería avisar que es un segundo sin ascensor ya que si va una persona con movilidad reducida se encuentra con el problema cuando ya no tiene solución

El baño es demasiado pequeño, se escucha mucho ruido y la hora de salida a las 10.30 no me parece correcta…
