Dar Barbara- Studio Apartments with Roof terrace

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room and the aircon was great. The roof terrace had a great view. We could see the ships that had docked in Valletta and could even hear them when they arrived and left. The furniture was comfy and thank the owner for replacing the umbrella as when we came to use it, it was broken. But the owner soon replaced it. The layout is good for 2 couples to book as you would both have your own complete apartment to yourselves that you can lock. The owner met us at the apartment to see us in and give us the keys. Keep in mind it is all up hill and steps to get to the apartment with your luggage. We appreciated the water in the fridge when we arrived. There is a lot of regeneration going on in the area but didn't affect us at all. The shop just around the corner was great but not always open. The next nearest is at the bottom of the steps near the entrance into the town. Cafe Rouge, Manouche, Mykonos, Garam Masalla and Date for Art were all amazing. The ferry over to Valletta runs every half hour on the hour and half past.

Just the climb up to the apartment but had a drink the the roof terrace to recover. 😄

Die Lage war sehr gut, Parkplatz in der Nähe für Auto immer gefunden. Fähre zur Überfahrt nach Valletta in der Nähe mit kurzem Fußmarsch erreichbar. Viele nette Kaffee Häuser in der Umgebung mit Frühstückmöglichkeit und sehr gutem Kaffee. Die Unterkunft hat alles geboten wie erwartet.

Die vorbeifahrenden Autos in der Früh waren durch die Balkonfenster bzw. Balkontüren zur Straßeseite zu hören. Sonst perfekt.

Páčilo sa nám úplne všetko. Vynikajúca poloha, blízko ku krásnemu prístavu a three cities. Priebeh ubytovania bol hladký, všetky informácie nám boli poskytnuté vopred. Jednoduchý check in. Apartmán bol skvelý, plne vybavený, nechýbalo nám absolútne nič. Všetko bolo maximálne čisté. Odporúčam všetkým, za nás jednoznačne 10/10 ! Rádi prídeme znovu :)

Modern new central apartment. Good kitchen with all you needed, glasses, plates etc. 2 large bottles of free water in each apartment. Clean apartment except for the bed and towels. Rooftop terrace but there weren't no sunbeds.

It was so damp in there. The apartment didn't have any ventilation. The bathroom was so cold so the towels didn't dry there at all, we hade to take them to the living room to dry. I'm really fussy about beds and towel where ever I stay, I want that they are fresh and clean. Especially bed because sleep is so important and you want to be rested when on holiday. In the first apartment the mattress smelled really bad and that's why the bedlinen also smelled. The mattress should have some kind of protection on so they can wash it and not the whole mattress get smelly. The towels weren't fresh either. They had used lot of fragrances on the sofa cushions, smelled really strong.
