About this house rental
Casa Aragosta is a traditional Maltese town house that lies in the stairs of the charming side streets of Senglea. The house is comprised of 4 floors and a roof terrance and has recently been renovated, with all new interiors. The front door opens onto a hallway, with washroom at the end and the main stairway that leads you to the open plan kitchen/dinning and reception room with box balcony on the first floor. Two bedrooms are located on the floor above, the first of which has a balcony which opens out onto the street below. The top floor contains the third bedroom and stairs to the roof terrace. Bathrooms are situated in the stairwell, with two walk-in showers and two loos.

Host Victoria provide detail information and responded promptly to any questions. The housekeeper Sylvana was fantastic and provided us with a great view introduction to the home and details about the local area. The home was perfect for our stay in Malta and we throughly enjoyed the home and Malta. Thank you

The house is in a good location with easy access to local restaurants and ferry to Veleta.
Likes:
Good location, shops nearby (check opening times they are a bit random).
Internet works fine.
Dislikes:
The whole house needs a deep clean.
Building work going on next door and down the street.
Roof space is in my opinion is dangerous there is no balustrade down one side and no hand rail to the roof opening.
The house would benefit from AC it topped 38 degrees in June.
