Seafront condo with a view of Valletta

The apartment was impressive, nice design, perfect location and amazing terrace. Easy to reach and to pick up the keys. The host sent us all the information we needed before our arrival. The living room and kitchen were well equipped and it had everything we needed for a few nights.

There was mold in the rooms and bathroom on the ceiling. We had to keep the windows open to reduce the smell. This was not nice at all. There were no insect nets at the windows, so we had to be careful. Because of the smell in the entire house, even the towels smelled moldy. Also, some the furniture looked pretty bad and old - like the beds. The AC didn't made cold air so the overall temperature in the apartment was hotter than we wanted. I think all the problems can be fixed quite easy, but right now it's not well maintained.

The view

A localização não podia ser melhor ao lado do ferry além da vista espetacular! A casa era enorme e acomodou perfeitamente os 7. O sofá cama descrito está longe da sala comum o que permite o espaço muito funcional! Tudo espetacular!

Nada a assinalar

Der Ausblick von der Terrasse. Die Größe des Apartments. Der Vermieter hat auf die Anfrage nach einem weiteren Heizlüfter schnell reagiert.

Es gibt keine richtige Heizung, was es im Februar wirklich kalt im Apartment macht. Dadurch war es auch permanent feucht. Der Vermieter hat aber einen weiteren Heizlüfter zur Verfügung gestellt, was es dann erträglich machte. Es fehlt eine vernünftige Kaffeemaschine. Eine kleine Espresso-Kanne für mehrere Personen ist zu wenig. Zudem war diese noch ungereinigt von der letzten Nutzung.
