Ligging aan de boulevard, de grootte, de keuken, mooi ruim appartement
Badkamer, douche water in het bad loopt niet weg, daar is gewoon vies. Het ontbreken van een vaatwasser, het ontbreken van airco of een 2e ventilator, de bank en het ontbreken van genoeg vorken.

En el cuarto de bano habia un olor muy desagradable, y debajo del fregadero de la cocina cayo agua.
El ruido en la calle era terrible; a las seis de la manana pasaba el camion de la vasura (tambien a las 2 de la noche), la camioneta que limpia la calle, la camioneta que da agua a las plantas en la calle y mucho màs; impossible de dormir con la ventana abierta. Muy importante : no hay aire acondicionada, asi que hacia muchissimo calor en el apartamento.

La ubicación
La bañera estaba embozada y tardaba en tragar el agua de uno mucho rato y el siguiente tenía que bañarse con la piscina en la bañera.
La taza del WC estaba rota
