L’appartamento è nuovo e accogliente, corrispondente alle foto sul sito, il bagno è spazioso, la cucina è fornita dell’essenziale per la colazione o un pasto veloce. Buona la posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Colmar in un contesto silenzioso, inoltre c’è un parcheggio interno riservato. Il check-in è autonomo e Vengono fornite tutte le informazioni prima dell’arrivo.

Le chiavi dell’appartamento devono essere ritirate/restituite in altro loco. La pulizia non era accuratissima e manca un armadio per appendere/riporre i vestiti.

This was a great place to stay for a few days in Alsace, but with some frustrations. The apartment was clean, did not smell bad, I found the bed very comfortable. The kitchen had a hot plate and microwave, enough for some basic cooking. I had a very small hire car so I was able to navigate the car parking entrance, sharp bend and parking space without damage. No Air conditioning but 2 large windows and electric blinds that were very effective. The location was just what I wanted, easy walking distance from the centre and a few minutes drive from a big supermarket.

Everyone has already commented on the annoyance of having to collect and return keys to a different location, so I will ignore that. What surprised me was that this place insists on a security deposit to be made in a system called “Swikly” outside of booking com. That immediately made me suspicious. I did check, was first told no I don't need to pay.. later yes I do need to pay. All our communications were through the booking com chat, so I was getting chat reminders to pay deposit in swikly, “use the button or click the link.”.. BUT booking com chat automatically removes any button or link so that was impossible. After more chats explaining the problem several times I did get a link sent to my personal email. Note you have to pay Swikly EURO2.70 for the pleasure of using their services. A lot of detailed instructions were provided but some not 100% accurate (The garage door remote control instructions were wrong for sure: 1st button opens top level car park door, 2nd button opens lower level car park door – not what photo showed). Net is the apartment and location were good. Just take a calm deep breath and enjoy Alsace

Muitas instruções e informações sobre o processo do checkin que te deixa "overwhelmed", poderia ser muito mais simples toda comunicação.
