Location very good … short walk to commercial and touristic centre. A/c in lounge. Very reasonable price.

No a/c in bedroom. Staff seemed to have no interest in satisfying our early checkin request. No bin for recyclable waste in the central waste area of the apartment.

The apartment was comfortable and matched the photos. The location is convenient for visiting Colmar, and having private parking was also great.

We were not informed in advance that major construction work was taking place around the building. As the apartment is on the ground floor, opening the windows let in a lot of dust, and accessing the property by car was difficult because construction vehicles often blocked the entrance. The check-in instructions also contained an incorrect door code, and the parking process was confusing. We became stuck inside the parking area until we contacted support, only to be told we should have collected the parking key inside the apartment before driving in, which was impractical due to the lack of a safe place to stop outside. We spent quite a while outside in the heat with our young child trying to get inside. Unfortunately, we did not receive an apology, and the response from the host felt dismissive rather than helpful.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ausgezeichnet. Das große, bequeme Bett im Schlafzimmer ist sehr angenehm. Die Küche ist ebenfalls fantastisch. Wirklich eine wunderbare Unterkunft! :)

“Die Heizung im Wohnzimmer hat nicht funktioniert, sodass wir uns im Dezember nur mit der Klimaanlage wärmen konnten. Außerdem haben wir ein Apartment für drei Personen gebucht, aber Bettwäsche nur für zwei Personen bekommen. :) Der Boden war ebenfalls sehr schmutzig! Die Socken meiner Tochter waren ‚schwarz‘.
