the stuff is a little bit confused. i booked only for me. on the reception they asked , where is the other person, becouse i booked double room. after that , they want to charge me extra, becouse they gave me double room, but i booked one person option on booking. so after we solve this matter, i went to the room. the room smelled terrible. Oil painting was made and they did not informed me, that it will smell so much. the bathroom was clean but the sink drain was clogged. so you can imagine how it was...

Nice and quiet accommodation. The room is clean and tidy. I feel more relaxed than staying in larger hotels. There is a garden in the hotel let me feel home, home, sweet home. Very impressed with flowers in the garden and on the balcony during this season.

BAD HOMBURG OUI MAIS HOTEL SONNE PLUS JAMAIS.

LOCALISATION et chambre au rez-de-chaussée. Douche très chaude et puissante. Personne du petit déjeuner très attentionnée. Places de parking toujours disponibles.

Le jour de mon arrivée, le jeune homme asiatique ne parlait même pas l'Allemand mais a par contre exigé immédiatement le paiement de la taxe de séjour. Le lit simple de la chambre 40 est littéralement une honte car totalement "défoncé".Pas d'échangeable car hôtel complet. Jambon et fromage très basiques au petit déjeuner. Cafetière systématiquement en panne malgré tous les efforts du personnel. La propriétaire asiatique ayant repris l'hôtel parle a peine l'Allemand et prefere l'Anglais. Pourquoi être venu en Allemagne pour "massacrer" ce que les propriétaires Allemands avaient mis des années a construire merveilleusement et obtenir un hôtel de classe.

Завтрак обычный, но всего было достаточно и даже при том, что мы были последними, был весь ассортимент. Хорошее местоположение, тихо, очень приветливый персонал, хороший ресторан с азиатской и японской кухней. Все вкусно, умеренные цены.

1. На двухспальной кровати 2 матраса и они не у ровень друг друга. Один из них откровенно старый. 2. Под одним матрасом были сломаны ламели, одну удалось починить, вторую без шансов. Много ламелей "отремонтированы" скотчем. Был немного разочарован этим фактом, учитывая, что все остальное на очень хорошем уровне и достойно высокой оценки. Одеяла могли бы быть шире, но это не критично.

Ich war absolut begeistert von meinem Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr sauber und gepflegt. Mein Zimmer mit Balkon war fantastisch – hell, freundlich und perfekt, um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Ein besonderes Highlight war das Hotelrestaurant: Der Sushi war außergewöhnlich lecker und frisch! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die außerordentlich freundliche und zuvorkommende Art des gesamten Personals. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen und werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten!

Alles hat perfekt geklappt. Gutes Zimmer, sehr freundliche Angestellte am Empfang, gute Infos von ihr erhalten. WLan hat gut funktioniert. Das Abendessen war super! Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Die Bushaltestellen sind in der Nähe, sehr bequem!

Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal, unkomplizierter Checkin. Man fühlt sich als Gast sehr wohl und werde mit Sicherheit noch öfters dort übernachten. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut.

Das Hotel ist sehr einfach ausgestattet. Das Inventar veraltet. Das Frühstück ist nicht gerade üppig, dennoch ausreichend. Als Zimmer hat man uns eine Monteurwohnung angeboten, die wir nicht gebucht hatten. Dann bekamen wir das eigentlich gebuchte Zimmer.

Ein wunderbares Hotel mit freundlichem Personal, sauberen Zimmern und einem tollen Frühstück – absolut empfehlenswert!

Tolle Lage – zu Fuß erreicht man schnell das Kurgebiet und die Innenstadt. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, das Bett super bequem. Das Personal war freundlich und professionell, das Frühstück reichhaltig – besonders die regionalen Spezialitäten haben begeistert. Beim nächsten Mal in Bad Homburg komme ich definitiv wieder!

Mein Wunsch auf Erdgeschoss wurde erfüllt. Das grosse, sehr saubere Zimmer hatte sogar eine möblierte Terrasse. Danke dafür. Die Lage des Hotels ist prima, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück war gut, frisch und reichhaltig.Das Preis-Leistungsverhaeltnis ist unschlagbar. Raczej na krótki pobyt dla osób porozumiewających się po niemiecku.

Brak klimatyzacji przy dużych upałach jest sporym minusem. Powtarzalne te same śniadania, często pod koniec godzin podawania brak podstawowych produktów. Obsługa nie mówi po angielsku, kartka "don't disturb" nie była respektowana.
