It was modern and clean. Rooms were nice and beds were big with plenty of closet space
The bathrooms are fractured with one having a toilet and no sink. And another with a shower and sink, but no toilet. Also there is a lot of street noise

The location with several Metro lines a short walk away, and the proximity of all types of food markets and cafés.
Mostly the 3rd floor without an elevator, the winding old staircase and the shabbiness of the entrance. The unclean pots and pans and the pettiness of the host who do not provide any basic welcoming items such as a few bottles of water, some new small salt & pepper, oil & vinegar, etc. There was not even soap in the bathrooms. For the price, those basic items should be a welcoming gesture.
