This is very spacious and is in a great location.

This is a very expensive apartment, so I expected everything to be 5 star, but it was not. Firstly, despite being told I could text or call if our arrival time changed, my 2 texts and 2 phone calls asking to arrive earlier were ignored. Once the host arrived, she was rude and aggressive towards us, all in French without any attempt to translate. My original booking was for 3 people, but in emails months before, I changed it to be for 5. She had replied to those emails and said there were no problems and it was ‘perfect’ as it is a big apartment. But, when we arrived it was obvious that she had forgotten this, until I showed her the emails. But still she was very hostile and demanded extra ‘tax’ from us or would not allow us into one room. After we paid 156 Euros cash, she then stayed around doing cleaning and chores for over an hour, even though we wanted privacy and very strongly for her to leave. Her rudeness spoilt our enjoyment of the place. There was only one key between 5 of us which was bad. There is no aircon. Also, some of the kitchen was greasy and we discovered a full bin beside a toilet which had not been emptied from the people before. Plus, despite being charged 150 Euro in the tariff for cleaning, the strict list of rules meant that we had to thoroughly clean the whole place, empty all bins, strip the beds etc. etc. before we left, or else be charged extra for cleaning! Not fair I say. This is a 3 star apartment with 5 star pricing.

The apartment was so beautiful, well maintained, and had all the amenities we could need. It was also in a great location and a safe area.

A beautiful, stylish spacious apartment in a wonderful location. Mrs Pardo was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help us settle in. At one point I could not log on the internet on my laptop and she arranged for someone to call over to help me out. She was also super accommodating about our luggage. All amenities including food shops and restaurants are close by. We had beautiful walks by the Seine to reach Notre Dame, Musée D'Orsay and the Grand Palais. A memorable trip!

We liked everything about the place!

Appartamento ampio, luminoso, e silenzioso, cucina con tutte le dotazioni, camere da letto ampie, 2 bagni completi: tutto corrispondente alla descrizione. Posizione ottima per raggiungere a piedi buona parte del centro di Parigi e comunque vicina a una fermata del Metro. La proprietaria molto gentile, ci ha spiegato nel dettaglio tutte le particolarità dell'appartamento, collegandoci anche alla rete WiFi: in tal modo non abbiamo mai dovuto contattarla per ulteriori chiarimenti.

Visto che eravamo 5 persone adulte, sarebbe stato utile avere un secondo mazzo di chiavi.
