Too awful to stay there
Did not like any of it, filthy, mouldy, pile of ‘old’ post in the hallway making it obvious that nobody had entered the property for a while. The sheets were poor quality and felt damp. There were dead flies on the window sills. Very low uncomfortable sofa that was far too small for the amount of people who could stay. We ended up ringing round local hotels to find emergency accommodation as we could not stay there. PLEASE REFUND US

I need to be contacted asap for a full refund. No beds were made. No linen. Rubbish all around. Washing in the machine. Absolutely disgusting
I have pictures as proof. Our team had to go and pay at another hotel for the night.
