It is a beautiful conversion forming one side of a stables yard. It's very well appointed and the hosts are very responsive to requests (we requested a thicker quilt, it came within minutes).
The door lock is difficult to operate until you get the knack. The description says there is a sofa bed - there isn't. We found the entrance hard to find. It would be better if the (comprehensive) info file stated that it's opposite Oaklands Close.

We felt right at home here, it was lovely and quiet, very clean and tidy. Plenty of room for the two of us and our dog. He loved the grassy area in the courtyard. Nice and enclosed for him. Good size shower room. Nice little kitchen with everything you need for preparing meals too.The place was within easy reach of a lovely dog friendly pub 5mins walk away. A great base for exploring the peak district.
We couldn't get the TV to work, possibly connection to main house not right - owner on holiday so may have switched something off their end by mistake. Not a major issue really as we don't watch much TV but just something to look at for future clients. Mattress could do with replacing as sounded like some springs going. Fairly comfy sleeping though.

This is a little gem. I wanted a short break with my dog not too far where I live. Lady lane was perfect. It was very well laid out and had everything I needed.
Nothing really. The weekend I was away was in the heat wave and so it was very hot but that’s not the property or hosts fault. My own home would have been the same.
