Excellent location, right in the heart of Belper. Very quiet and tucked away behind the High Street. Large two-bed apartment, with two bathrooms, large sitting/dining room, and a good sized kitchen.

The car-parking did cause us some concern. It might be worth the owners asking the car-parking company if a single multi-date ticket might be issued for people staying the weekend, for example. We weren't sure when the attendant would come around, so we were worried that we wouldn't put the next day's ticket out in time, and we really didn't want a £100 fine.

Brilliant place to stay, so convenient for Belper town centre & it’s fantastic shops, pub’s & restaurants

Perfect Location as we love Belper & walking distance to everything in the town. Free Private Parking is a god send. It’s a great place to stay, with two bedrooms for up to 4 people. Comfy beds to sleep on. One on suite & a separate bathroom, so each room can have its own bathroom. Great kitchen equipped with everything you should need, with dining table & lounge area with massive TV.

The main bathroom has a shower over the bath, which I don’t usually mind, but the shower in there needs looking at as it sprayed boiling hot water or cold, there was no in-between sadly.

Lovely 3 night stay, great base to explore surrounding areas

Sarah was there on arrival with the keys and a quick run through of everything. The apartment was lovely. Spacious, comfortable seating area, beds were divine. Had great night's sleep! Well equipped with everything you could need for a few nights away. Plenty of free parking close by - step free access from car park. Lovely old building and very quiet location around the back. No road noise at all. Nice to have the en suite so we had a bathroom each!

Closeness to village, Good parking. Kitchen facilities. Large rooms and plenty of storage for clothes

The broken toilet seat. The shower that you stepped up into and the water in the shower that never drained away completely. The soft bed. Lack of fresh, air as windows opened only slightly. Artifical paper flowers on tables. Mats on the floor everywhere that made you trip over. Recycle bin in front of fridge door, you had to push away to open the fridge door. No where to store groceries

I met Sarah. She was very accommodating as I was late. Very friendly and explained everything about the home. I stayed in one of there other homes and they show the same standards in each home.

Location could not be better. Phil was so welcoming, even giving us a few welcome drinks. Very much appreciated. Gave us lots of information and suggestions on where to go and where to eat and was on hand to sort out any problems and checking in regularly to see if things were ok. Great service.

Fabulous is the word!

The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the high street with its own parking - very quiet area. The train station is just down the road with regular trains to Matlock. Very comfortable apartment with good sized rooms. Phil and Sarah were very helpful on arrival (and before) with accommodation info and recommendations for eating out, trains etc. Belper is a lovely market town and the river gardens are gorgeous.

An excellent choice for the area, spacious, attractive, super clean apartment with parking.

Beautiful apartment, spacious, with high ceilings and lovely decor. Well appointed kitchen, and very comfortable living space. Lovely fire, comfy sofas, smart, modern and also very comfortable for an evening in. Home owner arrived to show us around and cover any questions, very helpful. Particularly enjoyed that the apartments is close to down and all the cafe's, shops etc, but when in the premises it was a little oasis of calm and quiet. Loved that there was free parking on premises as that doesn't always happen especially near or in town centers or apartments.

There was nothing we didn't like, although I prefer a kingsize bed and find a double challenging to share but that's a personal preference I guess, the room was pretty, peaceful and comfortable.

Amazing place

The location of the apartment was amazing. You were right in the centre of Belper so no need to drive. It was very comfortable and loved the history of the place. Phil the owner was lovely he lives local so had plenty of knowledge about the area and amenities. We will definitely return to this beautiful place.

Its our second stay at the property. We love the bedrooms, lounge and kitchen areas. It looks just like the photos. It's a short walk down the road to the Devonshire pub.

Didn't spend any time in the apartment apart from sleeping! Defo would like to sit on the couch and chill next time
