Großes Apartment, drei Schlafzimmer mit je eigenem Bad, großer Wohn/Küchenbereich, Dachterasse.
Der beworbene Pool auf der Dachterasse funktionierte nicht. Auf mehrmalige Anfragen beim Personal wurde man entweder auf den nächsten Morgen verwiesen oder es wurde einfach nicht reagiert bzw. weder Techniker/Handwerker noch sonst etwas gerufen, sondern man eher mit einem "Ich weiß auch nicht." abgewimmelt. Hier war eine gewisse Gleichgültigkeit spürbar. Dann sollte man so etwas aber auch nicht mit einem Foto bewerben. Auch den Gasherd konnten wir trotz ausgiebiger Versuche nicht verwenden, und aufgrund der offensichtlichen Gleichgültigkeit des Personals, das schon bei Fragen zum Pool eher genervt und abweisend reagiert hatte, haben wir hier gar nicht erst versucht, nachzufragen, wie er zu bedienen sei'.
