Owner Andrea is very hospitable, helping out with a few issues we had with the apartment. Location is excellent, close to the Termini Station, and bus stop that takes you to most of the famous landmarks. House is quiet at night, and we felt safe walking around in the evening. Lots of nice food options, including supermarkets, within walking distance. Spacious apartment, with room for the kids. Very easy to check in, with lots of information and helpful tips for our stay.

I will preface this by saying that the issues we had were mostly resolved by Andrea, and he was very kind in accommodating these issues. However, the apartment is lacking in the finer details that we would have expected. It seems as though previously it was a privately owned apartment, and the remnants are what have been left for use. Chipped plates, glasses, broken and very well worn kitchen utensils, dirty and worn oven mitts, old pans with no lids/broken handles, broken bathroom hooks, Christmas decorations still up in March. Cupboards in the kitchen were all unorganised and many items were in need of a clean - seemed as though things were just thrown in, and I had to sift through cupboards and shelves to find what I needed. The towels were of poor quality and not absorbent, very small for adult use and damp when we arrived. No detergent, coffee, sugar or tea, which every other apartment we stayed at in Italy provided was lacking (Andrea did provide coffee pods and detergent towards the end of our stay). I think, we some much needed investment, this could be a really great apartment, especially with such an accommodating host.
