The location was fantastic, a 6 min walk to Termini for the A line and a 3 min walk for the B line & several buses. The apartment is minimalistic but very nice for a quick stay. We were lucky to have reasonably working air conditioning with the heat in August.
I must have misread the set up as I thought there would be 2 full bathrooms. There is only 1 bathroom with a shower and a half bath (no shower, just ink & toilet). For 7 people in hot August this was difficult but we managed.

Location. Host was never present, but communication was adequate.
Unit was equipped with bare minimums. Dishes were dirty. Older furnishings. Not as advertised. Supposed to be 3 bedroom 2 bath. Was actually 3 bedroom 1 ½ bath. Half bath was barely usable and shower in main bath was very small. We were two older couples and one usable bath was not expected or acceptable, particularly since we had asked about bath facilities before booking the property. It felt like we were mislead.
