About this house rental

This unique property has so much style you will be motivated to take selfies throughout. A Grand Federation Land Mark with stunning fireplaces, soaring ceilings, two spacious bedrooms, modern bathroom and kitchen, very large separate dining area, very spacious living room, fully air-conditioned (4 aircons) and free Wi-Fi (unlimited). Parking for any size vehicle and ideal location, 1KM to QE2 Medical Center, SCGH, Perth Children's Hospital. 2KM to UWA and across from iconic KINGS PARK.

Subiaco is one of Perth's most popular suburbs. Beautiful parks, and Kings Park beside you, offering bike and walking paths, multiple play areas for the kids, plus bbq areas only a few minutes walk from the property. The area boasts a vibrant shopping street Rokeby Rd with many restaurants, cafes and pubs. Want an amazing view for your memories? When the sun sets over the Swan river head to Kings Park to view the City skyline, it is one of the best stops in Australia.

You will have access to the entire 2 bedroom side of the house (note there is a fully separate 1 bedroom apartment also in this large house, no common access so you have total privacy and sound proofing keeps the property quite for all). A fully equipped kitchen, living area and outdoor space for your stay. The Master bedroom with the king bed. Second bedroom with a queen bed. The house has a lock box beside the front door so very easy to collect the keys. Details will come with your check in instructions.

The house is just off the vibrant Rokeby Road where you will find the restaurants, cafes, shopping and entertainment venues and all the life of Subiaco to enjoy
Beautiful world class Kings Park is across the road, and the free to use BBQ in Kings Park are a stroll away. 1 min walk to the bus stop and quick access to West Perth, the Central Perth City, and the University. This is a fabulous house for your stay, suitable for up to 4 guests. This is a lovely heritage family house in a residential area of Perth. Quiet times are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. for everyone's enjoyment in the area. This is a non smoking/vaping location and no pets are allowed in the house.
