The Kitchen is fully equipped for a nice breakfast or a family dinner (In the kitchen you can find a Kettle, Coffee maker, slow cooker, Juicer, Ninja Air Fryer and a lot more)
You can have your morning coffee on the balcony and watch the pool.
You can find two smart TVs in the unit, one in the living room and another one in the bedroom. High-Speed internet, Full Cables, Disney app, Netflix and Peacock are all included!!
The condo is perfectly located on the south End of the island. Close by you can find several bike rental places to explore the island and its amazing bike paths.
Located on South Forest Beach, you can walk from your front door to the sand in just minutes or stroll to Coligny Plaza to find local shops, restaurants and live entertainment.
This cozy private home has everything you'll need for your stay, including beach chairs and beach towels.
Our complex offers a tennis court and a grilling area for renters to use!
The large pool is open from 7am until Sunset everyday!
You can also find onsite laundry facilities located on your floor (each load to wash is $1.00 paid in quarters only!)

The unit did need a little "love". The sliding door to the balcony was almost stuck. I had to borrow some 10W-40 to get it to slide open and shut. Needed more places to hand towels in the bath. Kitchen was well appointed. The personal products left in the bathroom did not last for a week's stay.

Adequate condo. Getting a bit long in the tooth but clean. Close to everything at Coligny Beach. Eating, shopping and beach. A good value.

The property was quite basic and felt a bit dated, but it worked okay for our needs. The real highlight was the fantastic location, being so close to both the beach and shopping made it ideal for us.
