Kind size guest bed was very comfortable, plenty of towels, linens and extra pillows. Sofa bed was rock hard, not comfortable at all! Good amount of bathroom sink counter space, but toilet/tub/shower room was super small. Carpet was stained with several area rugs to hid some of the stains. Vertical blinds very difficult to operate without moving the large area rug underneath. I would not stay here again.
