Beautiful and high roof house with silent environment. You will feel your home away from your home. Really close to Orlando down town , 20 mins from the airport, 30 minutes to Disney, a mile away from the UCF, Valencia, SSC and full sail. perfect for out of state parents who are visiting their children. . 3 bedrooms 2 bath with big living room and kitchen. beautiful home with all the facilities you need. many restaurants and malls around the house. Publix, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens just around the corner. More facilities than motel/ hotel would offer. Home is way more safer than hotel since it is in the neighborhood. a whole family can get together under one roof. Our

Utilitarian, great price and nice touches like coffee machine with supplies that accommodates both ground and k-cups. If unfamiliar with Orlando it is a bit out of the way. Make sure you get a sun pass to avoid nasty toll surprises .

Great communication and checking. Needs touch up in painting, no decoration and did not feel inviting. Needs new furniture and linens. Needs new items for each guest. Lots of left overs such as dish sponge, soap etc.Great location and close to UCF and stores.
