House was very nice and clean. We were in FL for a UCF baseball weekend and thought, from the description, that the house was closer to campus than it actually was. But it was ok. We did have an issue with ants on the patio, but someone did come and spray after a cpl days. Gave communication 4 stars because I left messages for host thru vrbo and wouldn't get a reply until almost 24 hours later. We did not use the pool, but someone did come to clean it while we were there. No extra garbage bags in the house, so we did purchase some and leave them for future renters. All in all a good experience. Definitely enough room for all of us and ample parking for our 2 vehicles.

We didn't use the pool but it looked like fun. Great having a washer and dryer available. House was clean and well stocked with the necessities. We would stay again.

The neighborhood and villa was okay, nothing to complain about. Most of all very convenient for the purpose of travel.
