Orlando Family Getaway • 4BR Home w/ Pool & Cinema Lounge

We enjoyed our stay, especially the media room. The proximity to UCF was great.

Jose was an amazing host and he was very attentive and quick to respond to anything we needed. The house was super clean and beautiful in a quiet neighborhood, and we loved using the pool after coming back from exploring Orlando. Thank you Jose for making our stay the best!

As a base for separate family members arriving at different times, it served our families well. Close enough to Disney, SeaWorld,other attractions and the beaches. Nice park with courts(basketball and pickleball), picnic areas, children's playgrounds and a splashpad( great for 3yo granddaughter) Minor problem with refrigerator ( water leaking). Contacted owner on Saturday, he had someone there by Sunday morning. Couldn’t be fixed, had a new refrigerator installed by Tuesday morning. Owner responded promptly to messages. Overall it made a good getaway for our families.

The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The pool isn’t heated and Florida had a recent cold snap, so it was chilly. We did still get in for a quick swim. The Internet was down, and it took a day for a new box to be installed. Jose was very responsive and handled all requests quickly. The house could use a few more essentials, such as more tp, paper towels, bottle opener, salt and pepper.Very nice house and Jose is great!
