Newly remodeled private pool 4/2 canal waterfront home with relaxing dock, private, single family house located in East Orlando, Florida close to the University of Central Florida (UCF), Siemens, Lockheed Martin, Rollins College, Full Sail University, Central Florida Research Park, Quadrangle, major attractions such as Walt Disney World and Universal Studios and world famous beaches. Gorgeous updated kitchen with breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. Master suite has a door to the pool deck and an outdoor shower. Huge walk in shower and closet.
The family room area comes with a 65" Flat Panel TV, and a 42" flat panel TV is in the living room. The Master has a 32" flat panel TV.
This single story ranch house located in East Orlando is very close to the University of Central Florida (UCF), Rollins College, Valencia Community College, Winter Park, and all the major attractions, highways and beaches.

Great place, great host. Enjoyed several restful days. Great fishing too! Caught and released at least 25 perch. Highly recommend staying here.

If you're thinking about staying at this property, do it! The house was everything you see and more. It was clean, large, comfortable and welcoming. The house has everything you need to feel at home. The pool is very enjoyable and a great place to cool off and relax. Communication with the owner is excellent. He replies to messages quickly and is very helpful. The welcome basket was a nice gesture and very much appreciated. We hope to be able to visit the area again soon and stay here again.

Things at this property were as described in the listing - no surprises. It is an older property, but clean and well stocked in a pretty quiet neighborhood. Also plenty of comfortable seating in the living room and 2 good sized bathrooms . Good communication from the owner from the time we booked until we checked out - he also provided a nice welcome basket of goodies. The Internet went down one day while we were out, but John had the cable company out there before we even realized there was a problem. Pool was nice and there was plenty of chairs for the patio area along with a couple of tables. We were surprised one morning when we looked out and saw someone cleaning the pool though. Wasn't expecting that, but it may have been covered in the welcome book and we just missed it. Only complaint at the pool is there is no hand rail at the steps. Not an issue for the younger crowd, but a little awkward getting in/out for us older people. We were looking for a place that wasn't in the tourist areas, but was still fairly close to attractions. It was about a 35-40 minute drive to Disney, SeaWorld, Airboat Rides, and the Kennedy Space Center so it was pretty centralized for us and is also only about 25 minutes from Sanford airport. Not many chain restaurants in the immediate area so be sure to check out the local places. Found Las Carretas next to Publix when we were stocking up for the week - won't find a better Mexican restaurant anywhere!
